Fettler / Production Operative

• Grind, sand, and finish metal castings to required quality standards
• Remove excess material, sharp edges, and surface defects using hand and power tools
• Inspect components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality checks
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work to production targets and deadlines
• Report faults, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support wider production team as required
